Timeline
Plan on ~16 hours door-to-door. We leave Da Lat before dawn, pick up Bao Loc riders along QL20, arrive at Moc Bai around 08:30, finish the immigration loop by late morning, grab lunch in Tay Ninh, and return to Da Lat between 19:00 and 21:00.
Da Lat center, Trai Mat, Nam Ban, Tuyen Lam, Bao Loc City, Di Linh, Madagui, and gated resorts along QL20. Saigon drop-offs can be arranged for riders continuing south.
Private car, bilingual driver, tolls, fuel, Tay Ninh fixers, snacks, water, blankets, and WhatsApp updates. Cambodia visa fees and Vietnam E-Visa government charges are separate.
Immigration
Yes. Our Tay Ninh fixer queues the VOA line, fills the form, pays the fee (USD cash), and escorts you across to Bavet and back. Visa-exempt nationalities still follow them so we can photograph stamps.
Passport valid 6+ months, current Vietnam visa/TRC, exit slip, two spare photos, proof of onward travel (if needed), and USD cash for Cambodia. Private-car riders can bring one checked bag plus a personal item.
Upload passport + portrait before we depart. Once Cambodia stamps your exit we submit Standard, Fast, or Rush E-Visa tiers and keep you updated until the approval PDF arrives.
Payments & policies
Private cars: pay cash (VND/USD) or bank transfer when you return to Da Lat. E-Visa/push fees accept Wise or Revolut.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours ahead. Same-day cancellations incur 50% because drivers and fixers are already staged.
